All data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore), hosted in the Africa South (Johannesburg) region. Firebase provides industry-standard security including encryption at rest and in transit.
Each airline client has a dedicated Firebase project — your data is completely isolated from other airline clients and is never shared between them.
Access to data is controlled by Firebase Authentication and role-based permissions. Only approved and authenticated users can access the system.
We retain your data for as long as your airline's license with CrewPost is active. Upon termination of service, data can be exported upon request and will be deleted from our systems within 30 days.
Flight records and technical log entries are retained for operational and regulatory compliance purposes during the active service period.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CrewPost mobile and desktop applications ("Service"), operated by Fahad Ali Juma ("Developer", "we", "us").
By accessing or using CrewPost, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CrewPost is a crew management platform for regional airlines consisting of:
CrewPost is licensed to airline operators on a per-organization basis. Access is granted through a setup agreement and monthly license fee as agreed between the Developer and the airline operator.
Each airline receives a dedicated instance of the platform. Access credentials are managed by the airline's operations manager and must not be shared outside the organization.
The Developer retains full ownership of the CrewPost software, source code, and intellectual property at all times.
Crew members must be registered and approved by their airline's operations manager to access CrewPost. You are responsible for:
The Developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree to use CrewPost only for its intended purpose of airline crew management. You must not:
CrewPost is a management and communication tool. The airline operator and its licensed crew members are solely responsible for:
The Developer is not liable for any operational, safety, or regulatory outcomes arising from the use of CrewPost.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

All rights, title, and interest in CrewPost — including the software, design, branding, and documentation — are owned exclusively by Fahad Ali Juma. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you or your organization.
Your airline's operational data (flight records, crew data, tech logs) remains the property of your organization and can be exported upon request.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of CrewPost, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or operational disruptions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Zanzibar, Tanzania.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email to registered operators. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
