2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use CrewPost:

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected solely to:

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore), hosted in the Africa South (Johannesburg) region. Firebase provides industry-standard security including encryption at rest and in transit.

CrewPost operates as a multi-tenant platform. Each airline's data is logically isolated using a unique airline identifier applied to every record. No airline can access another airline's data. Access is further enforced by Firebase Authentication and role-based security rules.

Only approved and authenticated users can access the system.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your airline's license with CrewPost is active. Upon termination of service, data can be exported upon request and will be deleted from our systems within 30 days.

Flight records and technical log entries are retained for operational and regulatory compliance purposes during the active service period. Audit logs are automatically deleted after 6 months.

6. Third-Party Services

CrewPost uses the following third-party services to operate:
